O’Rourke Reid founding member of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce
John Reid, Managing Partner of O’Rourke Reid Law Firm recently attended the launch of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce (BICC) in Dublin. Also in attendance was the President of the BICC, Mr. Fergal Naughton who welcomed Mr. Eamon Gilmore, TD Tanaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade together with The Right Honourable Mr. William Hague, MP and Foreign Secretary, as the guests of honour.
The Chamber was founded in February this year, after a meeting of business representatives in the RDS. The Chamber will promote, support and enable the strengthening of business relations between Britain and Ireland along with the general interests of civil societies.
As O’Rourke Reid has offices in Dublin, Leeds and Belfast, becoming a founding member of the BICC was a natural progression in fostering our links as a business that provides the highest quality services to our clients on both sides of the Irish Sea.
