Declan studied Law at Queen's University Belfast and was awarded a LLB. After training in a large Commercial law firm in Manchester, Declan joined O'Rourke Reid. Declan is a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property Department and is qualified to practice in both England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
