Robert joined O’Rourke Reid in 2006 having previously worked in the Technology and Financial
Services sectors. He attended University College Dublin where he was awarded an Honours Degree in Business & Legal Studies. Robert then pursued a Post-Graduate Studies in Information Technology (Website Design and Network Infrastructure) and achieved internationally recognised professional qualifications. He is a qualified Trade Mark Agent and holds a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance from the Law Society of Ireland.
Robert advises public and private clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial law matters, including corporate governance and regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property and data protection. Robert has authored numerous articles, speaks at seminars and delivers client training and workshops.
Robert is a member of our Corporate/Commercial Law and Insolvency and Recovery Departments.
