Declan attended University College Dublin graduating with a (BCL) Honours Degree in 1981 and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland in 1985. Declan worked in private practice in Dublin before going to NSW, Australia where he was admitted to practice in 1990. Declan is a Senior Associate in the firm specialising in Commercial Recoveries and Defence Insurance Litigation with a particular interest in Construction and Professional Negligence claims.
