Gavin joined ORR Risk Management in 2006 where he works as a Claims Controller. During his seventeen years experience in the industry, he has worked for several leading insurance companies where he has gained vast experience handling all types of claims particularly Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL), medical negligence and professional indemnity.
