Helen attended University College Dublin where she was awarded a BA degree before studying Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994. In 2007, Helen completed a Masters Degree in European Union (Commercial) Law specialising in Competition and EU Company Law and recently completed her Diploma in Finance Law. Helen is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland and the Irish Society for European Law. Helen is also qualified to practice in England and Wales.
