Helen attended University College Dublin where she was awarded a BA degree before studying Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994. In 2007, Helen completed a Masters Degree in European Union (Commercial) Law specialising in Competition and EU Company Law. Helen is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland.
